The following is a letter sent to me by President Reed Snow. Many of you received it also. It is reprinted here with his permission.

Dear Former South Africa Cape Town Missionary:

Where In the World Are You??

We are planning to hold a South Africa Cape Town Missionary Reunion - Reed C. Snow Group, probably on Friday, October 2, 1998. The first thing we must do is to find out what has happened to everyone in the last nine or ten years so invitations and details may be sent.

To this end, we are issuing a new Mission Rule, No. 2,349,529 effective immediately and retroactively!, to wit:

    Whenever you are transferred, moved or relocated for any reason whatsoever, you must fulfill the following two (2) duties:

    1. Send a card, letter, phone call, e-mail or whatever form of communication may be most effective, (no carrier pigeons, please) to let us know your new address, phone number & e-mail address, if available:
      1. To us, at the above address, phone , (916) 966-1210
      2. To Richard G. Sharp, Mission Secretary (has been)

    2. When you have done this, then and only then, you may:
      Notify the Postmaster of your move so your regular mail may be forwarded to you.

Seriously, Elders and Sisters, we regret that our address list has become so obsolete and we are now trying to bring it as up-to-date as we can. We will appreciate your immediate response in this endeavor and, if you will follow the above new mission rule, it will not happen again. Also, if you know of any of your fellow South Africa Cape Town missionaries from our time, please contact them with the word, or send their current address to us so they may be included.

We pray that you and your families are doing well and you are happily engaged in a continuation of the great work of the Gospel as you did in South Africa. IT REALLY IS TRUE!
